When calling 100 10, Unicom users can say "Transfer to Labor" according to the voice prompt, or press "0" according to the voice prompt to enter the telephone manual customer service, or they can enter the online manual customer service in the following ways:

Log in to the online business hall of China Unicom, and click the floating window on the right > Customer Service > Manually enter online customer service consultation/feedback;
