Grade setting of qualification certificate examination for Chinese catering professional managers

CMEP*** has two levels, namely, intermediate professional manager qualification examination and senior professional manager qualification examination. Its basic requirements are: through the study of relevant courses, master and apply the basic knowledge of catering industry management to engage in catering industry management activities, improve professional ability and have good professional ethics. The winner of the professional manager qualification certificate of catering industry has the ability of decision-making, management, design and consultation, and can engage in the management, industry planning and consultation of catering enterprises or catering projects.

At present, CMEP is mainly composed of on-the-job personnel in the cooking industry. At the same time, there are no restrictions on those who voluntarily take the exam according to their work needs.

Obtained the qualification certificates of four courses: process management of catering enterprises, accounting and control of catering cost, modern kitchen management and catering food safety, and obtained the qualification certificate of intermediate professional manager of China catering industry. To apply for the qualification certificate of senior professional manager in China catering industry, the following conditions must be met: (1) to obtain the qualification certificate of intermediate professional manager in China catering industry; Obtain the qualification certificates of four courses of human resource management, financial management, information management and strategic management in catering enterprises.
