The application form for software copyright registration shall include:
A, full name, abbreviation, version number, development completion date and software development (independent development, cooperative development, entrusted development and assigned task development);
B acquisition of original rights and derivative rights.

30 pages in a row, 60 pages * * *. (Submit all below 60 pages) The 60th page is the end page of the document, with no less than 30 lines per page (except the result page). Leave a binding line on the left side of each page and print or mark the page number 1-60 in the upper right corner. If you want to hand in more documents, you need to increase the document fee for each additional document. To give an example, every function of the software is basically involved.
3. Identification
First, the copyright owner is an individual
A copy of your ID card should be submitted. If there is a work unit, you can ask the unit to issue a certificate of non-job software development, or you can personally issue a letter of guarantee for non-job software development. B, the copyright owner is the unit
An enterprise legal person or institution legal person shall submit a copy of the valid business license of enterprise legal person or certificate of institution legal person, and affix the official seal of the unit; A copy of the valid legal person certificate issued by the civil affairs department submitted by the legal person unit; ? A copy of the certification documents issued by other organizations submitted by the administrative department for industry and commerce or the civil affairs department;

I. Power of Attorney
If the applicant entrusts an agent to handle the application for software copyright registration on his behalf, he shall submit a power of attorney.
B. A copy of the customer's ID card

An applicant who meets the following conditions shall submit the following documents:
Cooperative development-1 copy of cooperative development contract or cooperative development agreement A4 paper.

Third, submit documents.
Submit the above materials to China Copyright Protection Center. After review, the recipient will stamp the application for software copyright, then pay the fee and get the acceptance notice.
4. Obtain the software copyright registration certificate
According to the regulations, you can get the software copyright registration certificate from China Copyright Protection Center within 30 working days after receiving the acceptance notice.
