Shaanxi International Business School is located in Xixian New Area, the first national new district with the theme of innovative city development. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. 1997 was founded by Buchang group. It was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2008. In 20 12, it was awarded the right of bachelor's degree unit. In 20 15, it passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment of the Ministry of Education. In 20 17, it was approved as a demonstration unit for joint training of graduate students.

Established a new think tank of Xixian Economic Development Quality Research Center with Xi Academy of Social Sciences, and was approved as the first private university in the province. Up to now, * * * has approved 337 scientific research projects at or above the provincial level, including National Social Science Fund Project 1, 6 humanities and social science projects of the Ministry of Education, 2 national educational science planning projects and 598 horizontal scientific research projects.
