from the appearance through the glass bottle, the liquor should be absolutely clear and transparent, with no sediment, and the clearer and more transparent the better. You can hold the bottle in your hand, turn it upside down slowly, and observe the bottom of the bottle to see if there is any sinking material or cloud-like phenomenon. According to the convention, if hops are evenly distributed, the gap of upturned density is obvious, and hops slowly disappear, and the liquor is clear and transparent, it is a high-quality wine. If the liquor is turbid, there are floating impurities, hops turn up intensively, are unevenly distributed and disappear quickly, it may be fake and inferior wine.
The smell is different
You can make another identification before drinking white wine. One way is to pour a little wine into the palm of your hand, rub it with your hands for a while, let the wine get hot, and then smell its fragrance. Generally speaking, if it smells fragrant, it is a first-class wine, if it smells sweet, it is a medium-sized wine, and if it smells bitter, it must be a fake wine. Another way is to add a drop of cooking oil to the wine to see the movement of the oil in the wine. If the oil diffuses evenly in the wine and sinks at a uniform speed, the quality of the wine is better. If the oil diffuses irregularly in the wine and the sinking speed changes obviously, it can be sure that there must be something wrong with the quality of the wine, which belongs to fake and inferior products.
