1. Error caused by incorrect installation of testing machine.
The installation of the testing machine is not horizontal, which will increase the friction between moving parts and affect the vertical installation, thus bringing errors to the testing machine.
(1) The host is not installed horizontally.
Friction will be generated between the working piston and the working cylinder, and friction will also be generated between the working platform of the testing machine and the guide wheel at one side of the column, resulting in errors, generally positive and negative, which will decrease with the increase of load.
(2) The dynamometer part is not installed horizontally.
If the dynamometer is not installed horizontally before and after, there will be friction between the swing shaft bearings, and the error is generally negative.
Based on the above two factors, the error shows that it has great influence on small load and little influence on large load.
2 Error caused by friction resistance
(1) Friction resistance of main engine part
Friction resistance of hydraulic testing machine mainly occurs between working cylinder and working piston. In addition to the uneven installation, there is dirt in the oil cylinder and the viscosity of oil is too high, which will also increase the friction resistance. In addition, the improper position of the guide wheel of the working platform will also increase the friction with one side column.
(2) partial frictional resistance of dynamometer
There are many reasons for friction resistance of dynamometer, such as dirt between dynamometer cylinder and dynamometer piston, high viscosity of oil, high friction of driven needle on indicator device, oil stain and dirt on rack, or the upper limit piece of rack is pressed too tightly, and the belt of dynamometer piston is worn and broken.
Error elimination method
For the occurrence of the above errors, first check whether the testing machine is installed horizontally, and level the main engine in two directions perpendicular to the outer ring of the working cylinder with a frame level. Adjust the front and rear level of the dynamometer in front of the swing bar, align the edge of the swing bar with the inscribed line and fix it, and lean against the side of the swing bar with a level meter to adjust the left and right level of the machine body. The oil inside the cylinder can be drained for cleaning, and the engine oil with proper viscosity can be replaced. The driven pin friction of dynamometer indicator is too large and the rack is too dirty. It is possible to clean the compression screw and upper limit piece of the adjusting rack with gasoline, and replace the belt on the dynamometer piston, which can achieve the purpose of eliminating errors and make the testing machine reach the qualified use state.
