Zheng Min, male, was born in Henan in December 1974. Graduated from Zhejiang University in 1996 and received a PhD in communications and information systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2006. After that, he did postdoctoral research at Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, he is an associate researcher at the "Broadband Wireless Mobile Communications Research Laboratory" of Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, mainly engaged in research on broadband mobile wireless communications. The main research directions include automatic configuration technology of self-organizing networks, mobility management of broadband wireless communication systems, emergency application research of broadband wireless communication systems, etc. He has successively participated in the Natural Science Foundation project "Research on Key Technologies of Ad Hoc Network Based on MPLS", the Academy's major project "Emergency Broadband Wireless Communication System", the Municipal Science and Technology Commission's "Chongming Island Broadband Wireless Access Application Demonstration System", "Mobile Broadband Wireless Access" "Key Technology R&D and Scale Demonstration" and other major projects; as the project leader, he presided over the completion of the "CDJQ" project research work; participated in the application for the 11th Five-Year Plan major project "R&D and Application Demonstration of Broadband Wireless Access Systems for Complex Environments and Mobile Applications" Projects such as "Broadband Wireless Access System Supporting Radio and Television Services" and "863" "Broadband Wireless Rapid Networking Research" have passed the review and are about to enter the implementation stage.
