Does the ear coffee need to be melted?

No need.

For hanging ear coffee, first brew it with coffee powder for 20 seconds, then add 175 ml and pour it with water.

Hanging ear coffee is a kind of instant coffee. Drip filtration completes coffee brewing, and the acidity, sweetness, bitterness, alcohol and fragrance in coffee are perfectly reflected.

Hanging ear coffee is a patented design invented by the Japanese. The coffee powder inside is packed in a filter bag, and the splint made of cardboard on both sides can be hung on the cup, which can be thrown away after washing, making it as convenient as a filter drop to drink ground coffee. Flush hot water (preferably purified water) at about 90℃ into the filter bag for three times to get about 150ml of coffee.

Note: once the required amount of water is reached, remove the filter bag to prevent all the water from entering the coffee cup through the filter bag, and the coffee will taste better.
