Can I apply for a patent for a certain scenery as a clothing label?

It is impossible to apply for a patent if a landscape is used as a pattern and this pattern is made into a sign (label, signboard, icon) and placed on clothes.

The title reads, "Can I apply for a patent for a certain landscape as a clothing icon?" Change it to "Can I apply for a trademark of a landscape?" If so, I can apply for a registered trademark.

According to Article 8 of the Trademark Law, any sign that can distinguish the goods of natural persons, legal persons or other organizations from the goods of others, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, color combinations and sounds, and the combination of the above elements, can apply for registration as a trademark.

To use a landscape as a trademark, an application for registration should be filed with the State Trademark Office. After examination, the Trademark Office announced that there was no prior registration or similar trademark on the same or similar goods, and there was no objection during the announcement period. The registration certificate was issued and the registration was successful.
