Since then, he has edited and published many monographs, such as China Traditional Chinese Medicine Andrology Series and Wang Qi Andrology, which are of great significance in the history of andrology development. His theory of treating impotence from the liver has brought great changes to the diagnosis and treatment of andrology diseases. Professor Wang Qi is a famous doctor at home and abroad, who has rich clinical experience in male sexual dysfunction, male infertility and prostate diseases. Developed a national new drug "Shugan Yiyang Capsule" for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and a new drug "Huangjingzanyu Capsule" for the treatment of male infertility, and obtained two invention patents.
He also founded the Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, edited and published the first monograph of Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Theory of Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the research on allergic constitution and obese constitution reached the advanced level at home and abroad. The research on abdominal diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine conducted by Professor Wang Qi in the Ministry of Health has saved China's precious diagnosis and treatment method-abdominal diagnosis, which has had a great influence in the medical circles of China and Japan. His research achievements in andrology, physique, abdominal diagnosis, etc. have been included in the scientific and technological achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in 40 or 50 years in New China. It also established the important academic position of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, that is, Tibetan elephant science.
