Longzihu University City Park includes Henan University Longzihu Campus, Henan Agricultural University (Longzihu Campus), henan university of economics and law (Zhengdong Campus), North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower (Longzihu Campus), zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management (Longzihu Campus), Henan Police College (Zhengzhou), Henan Finance and Finance College, Henan Animal Husbandry Economics College, Zhengzhou Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Henan. Fifteen institutions of higher learning, including Henan Vocational College of Economics and Trade, Henan Vocational and Technical College, Zhengzhou Vocational College of Information Technology, and Henan Institute of Socialism, and public facilities are distributed in a ring along Longzi Lake.
Longzihu University Park is located in the east of Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Longzihu Wisdom Island is the pilot and demonstration area of the national big data comprehensive experimental zone, and the first wisdom island in Henan Province. It is equipped with government agencies such as Henan Center for Patent Examination and Cooperation of China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office and Zhengzhou Center for National Technology Transfer.
