Accession of German Patent Law to the Convention

Germany is a member of the Paris Convention, the Patent Cooperation Treaty, the European Patent Convention, the Convention on the Same Patent, the Budapest Treaty on Submitting the Procedures for Patent Approval of Microbes for International Recognition, the Agreement on International Classification of Patents and the Roganeau Agreement on International Classification of Industrial Designs.
