The screen dimension 4D seat adopts the control mode of Ethernet +CAN bus. CAN bus is a serial data communication bus, which was originally developed by BOSCH Company in Germany, and is used to solve the data exchange between many controllers and measuring devices in automobiles. CAN bus has the characteristics of high reliability, fast transmission speed, long communication distance, easy use, maintenance and network expansion. Our 4D uses CAN bus to control the movement of 4D seats, seat special effects and environmental special effects, which can ensure the long-term stable operation of the cinema and be in a leading position in technology for a long time.
2. Compound vibration

4. Complete synchronization
Seat movement, seat special effects and environmental special effects are completely synchronized with the film, and the action code and camera time are proofread 24 times per second. When the dynamic chair is in motion, it will identify the playing progress of the film through the time code of the film, so as to proofread the action time code and the film time code.
5, frame by frame coding
The editing mode is completely synchronized with the number of camera frames (24 frames per second), and the motion is encoded frame by frame, which will not cause the loss of motion details. For example, a movie has 24 or 30 frames, and each frame can be encoded.
6. Two-fluid nozzle
It can realize separate water spraying and air spraying, control the duration of water spraying and air spraying through film coding, and adjust the size and atomization degree of spray to adapt to different scenes of film. This design uses airflow to drive water droplets to spray, which will break them up when spraying. When the audience wears 3D glasses to watch movies, they won't get wet, and their faces will feel the coolness of water mist.
At the same time, each special effect of water spraying can adjust the spraying angle to ensure that the seat can be sprayed to the area that the audience can perceive at different stairs.
7. Crankshaft motion structure
Crankshaft structure is the most stable motion platform structure on the market at present. Simulating the structure of automobile engine can realize zero wear, zero noise and 360-degree operation without dead angle.
8, the simplest way of operation
The operation interface of the software is simple, and the software is designed by the technical director of our company through all-round analysis. The interface requirements are concise and clear, and the functions are easy to understand. The software is based on the principle of easy to use and easy to learn, focusing on cinemas, so that every projectionist can see at a glance. After the software is set once, you can play it again later. Just open the software and play the movie directly on the projector without any operation, so as to achieve complete synchronization and full automation.

The steel structure in the platform and seat is guaranteed for 5 years. The platform of the 4D seat produced by our company is welded by thick-walled tubes, and the interior of the seat is all made of steel skeleton and curved spring structure. We provide a five-year free warranty for all the steel structure materials of the seat to ensure the long-term and efficient operation of the whole structure.
5. After-sales maintenance
At the middle and end of the year, during the warranty period, we are responsible for on-site maintenance twice a year to ensure the safe and stable operation of cinema equipment.
24-hour telephone support, if there is a problem in the cinema, we provide 24-hour telephone support.
The engineer came to the cinema within 48 hours. If the telephone communication breaks down after the cinema breaks down, we will send engineers to the cinema to solve the problem within 48 hours.
