explain
Fluorescent whitening agent as whitening agent
The invention relates to the application of fluorescent whitening agent series compounds in the preparation of cosmetic compositions or topical dermatological compositions. The composition has more uniform, homogeneous and thorough color, ceramic appearance and whiteness. The composition also has the characteristics of preventing and eliminating dark circles.
The invention also relates to the combination of fluorescent whitening agent series compounds with certain cosmetic compositions, such as skin whitening agents, sunscreens, anti-wrinkle creams and wetting agents, which are characterized by the above two aspects.
Finally, the invention relates to a method for rapidly whitening skin, which is to apply a cosmetic composition containing at least one fluorescent whitening agent series compound to the skin.
People with colored skin, especially those with darker skin, often want to lighten their skin, so they often use cosmetic compositions or dermatological compositions containing whitening agents.
Commonly used as whitening agents are hydroquinone and its derivatives, kojic acid and its derivatives, azelaic acid, arbutin and its derivatives, which can be used alone or in combination with other activators.
This composition containing whitening agent can also be used for people with abnormal skin color. There are many reasons for abnormal skin color, such as age (senile plaque), UV (ultraviolet) irradiation, chloasma, skin diseases and so on.
However, these whitening agents are not without disadvantages. Mainly, it must be used for a long time, and it must be used in large doses to obtain the skin whitening effect, but only the composition containing whitening agent can not obtain immediate effect.
In addition, large doses of hydroquinone and its derivatives can achieve whitening effect, and hydroquinone is cytotoxic to melanocytes.
On the other hand, kojic acid and its derivatives have the disadvantage of high cost. Therefore, kojic acid can't be widely used in commercial products.
As we all know, the use of cosmetic ingredients that can make the color uniform can also make the skin appear white immediately. These compositions consist of powders dispersed in a binder, and the powders usually contain white pigments or colored pigments, flaky fillers or flaky silica as required. The uniformity of color is mainly obtained by the hiding power of flaky fillers.
The cosmetic composition has the disadvantage of modifying the skin with the hiding power of the composition. The skin with this makeup will lose its natural luster because these ingredients lack transparency.
If the use of flaky fillers can be regarded as a way to improve the transparency of these compositions (see, for example, U.S. Pat. No.4,899163), these compositions have the disadvantage of reflecting light, giving the skin an unnatural glossy appearance.
Therefore, cosmetic compositions and/or dermatological compositions capable of whitening uniform, uniform and natural colors are needed, and these cosmetic compositions must have sufficient transparency when applied to the skin.
The published French patent with publication number FR274 126 1 describes the inclusion of a hyperchromic fluorescent compound that is also used as a fluorescent whitening agent. The advantages of this color-increasing fluorescent compound are that it enhances luster and makes the cosmetic composition containing the color-increasing fluorescent compound more vivid when applied to skin or hair. The function of this fluorescent agent is embodied in colored carrier (hair) or colored composition (such as eyebrow oil, nail polish and lipstick for cosmetics). In a word, there is no mention or suggestion in this document about the effect of fluorescent whitening agent on skin itself.
The present invention relates to the application of at least one fluorescent whitening agent series compound in a composition for whitening skin, especially in a composition for rapidly whitening skin, or in the preparation of such a composition. The composition can make skin more uniform, homogeneous and transparent, and has a ceramic appearance.
Using this composition, the effect is particularly obvious on Asian skin.
More importantly, the composition is a cosmetic composition and can also be used for skin diseases.
The composition according to the present invention is used for caring skin, not a cosmetic composition or a composition for hair.
The invention can also use at least one fluorescent whitening agent series compound in the composition, or prepare a composition effective for Caucasian skin.
Optical brighteners are compounds familiar to technicians. This compound is described in Wiley 1994, "fluorescent whitening agent, encyclopedia of chemical technology, Kirk-Othmer", vol.1,pp. 227-24 1.
In particular, we can define optical brighteners as compounds that mainly absorb ultraviolet A of 300 to 390 nanometers and mainly re-emit light of 400 to 525 nanometers.
Among fluorescent whitening agents, we are particularly interested in stilbene derivatives, coumaric acid derivatives, oxazole and benzoxazole derivatives and imidazole derivatives.
This compound is easily available in the market, and we can list it as Tipanol SOP? And Uvitex OB? , sold by CIBA Gekki Company.
According to the present invention, commonly used optical brighteners include 4,4'-bis [(4,6-diphenylamino-1, 3,5,-triazine -2- yl) amino] stilbene -2,2' disulfonate, 2,5- thiophene-diyl-bis (5-tertiary).
The invention also relates to the application of at least one fluorescent whitening agent compound in a composition or the preparation of the composition, wherein the composition is used as a skin whitening agent, especially as a quick skin whitening agent, and/or as an agent for imparting at least one characteristic selected from the following characteristics to the skin: uniformity, uniformity, transparency and ceramic appearance.
The invention also relates to the application of at least one fluorescent whitening agent series compound in the composition or the preparation of the composition, and the application of the composition as an anti-dark eye socket remover.

Example 1: oil-in-water fluid ointment -8% palmitoleic acid -2- ethylhexyl -8% vaseline oil -2% glyceryl monostearate (40/50/5/5) 2%- 4,4'-bis [(4,6-diphenylamine-1,
Example 2: Oil-in-water fluid ointment We used the same components as Example 1 to prepare the cream, except that1%2,5- thiophene bis (5-tert-butyl-1, 3- benzoxazole) sold by CIB GEIGY Company was used instead of the derivative of durene, and the product name was UV. .
Both creams have been tested on Asian skin, achieving instant whitening and good transparency. These two creams can give skin a ceramic-like appearance.
※ Example 3: eye cream-sodium hyaluronate 0.1%-4,4'-bis [4,6-diphenylamine-1, 3,5,-triazine -2- yl) amino] stilbene -2,2'-disulfonate for preventing and removing dark circles.
Example 4: eye cream for preventing and removing dark circles Example 3 was repeated, but only 1% TINOPAL SOP was used.
Example 3 and Example 4, two eye creams for preventing and removing dark circles, were tested on the skin of Caucasian women. Both products have a natural and inconspicuous effect of immediately removing dark circles: the facial skin color is uniform, the spots disappear, and the dry eye around the eyes is relieved.
