2. Within six months after the applicant obtains the invention patent certificate (subject to the authorization announcement number), each piece will be subsidized by 2,000 yuan, and if Shenzhen patent agency or foreign patent agency is entrusted to act in a branch with a certain scale (the latter paid more than 200,000 yuan last year), the subsidy will be increased by 1 10,000 yuan; However, non-electronic patent applications will not be funded;
3. After Shenzhen patent agencies and foreign patent agencies set up branches with a certain scale in Shenzhen (the latter has to pay taxes of more than 200,000 yuan last year) to apply for invention patents in Shenzhen and obtain invention patent certificates, each patent agency will be subsidized by 1 1,000 yuan, but patent agencies whose electronic application rate is lower than 1 1,000% will not be subsidized;
4. The unit that applies for a patent for invention for the first time, after obtaining the invention patent certificate, will increase the subsidy of 3000 yuan for the first application for a patent for invention, but will not subsidize the patent that is not applied for electronically.
Applicants who jointly apply for funding after obtaining the invention patent certificate shall be paid in one lump sum according to the above funding standards.
(II) Conditions and standards for funding applications for overseas invention patents If an application is filed within one year after obtaining the overseas invention patent certificate, one-time funding will be given according to the following different countries and regions, and each piece will be funded by at most two countries or regions.
1. If the invention patent is authorized in the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries, each piece will be funded by 40,000 yuan;
2. Invention patents authorized by patent examination and approval authorities in other countries or regions, each with a subsidy of 20,000 yuan;
3 in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province province to obtain the invention patent authorization, in line with the domestic invention patent application funding standards.
Subsidies for overseas invention patents are classified according to tax amount. If the actual tax payment of the same applicant (including enterprises and organizations) in the previous year (including the actual amount of national tax paid and the amount of tax withheld and remitted by local tax) is less than 654.38 billion yuan (including 654.38 billion yuan), the total annual subsidy will not exceed 654.38 billion yuan; Not more than 5 million yuan, not more than 654.38 billion yuan, not more than 500 million yuan (including 500 million yuan), not more than 654.38 billion yuan (including 654.38 billion yuan), not more than 20 million yuan. This restriction does not apply to those who have obtained national intellectual property demonstration enterprises or national intellectual property advantage enterprises, but the same applicant (including enterprises and groups) shall not exceed 20 million yuan.
(III) Conditions and standards for subsidizing PCT patent applications If an application for subsidizing an invention patent project that has submitted a PCT patent application in accordance with the PCT rules is filed within 6 months after obtaining international retrieval, the unit will subsidize 6,543,800 yuan per application, and the individual will subsidize 3,000 yuan per application.
(IV) Conditions and standards for funding overseas trademark registration If an application is made within 1 year after obtaining the overseas trademark registration certificate, one-time funding shall be given according to the following different countries and regions, and the total annual funding of the same applicant (including enterprises and organizations) shall not exceed 500,000 yuan:
1. Those registered through the Madrid system will be funded according to the number of designated countries, each designated country or region will be funded by 2,000 yuan, and each piece will be funded by up to 20 countries or regions;
2. Registered in the European Union and the African Intellectual Property Organization, each funded by 1 10,000 yuan;
3 registered in a single country, each subsidy of 5000 yuan;
4 registered in Taiwan Province Province and Macao, each person funded 3000 yuan;
5. For those registered in Hong Kong, the subsidy is 1 1,000 yuan.
After Shenzhen trademark agencies and foreign trademark agencies set up branches of a certain scale in Shenzhen (the latter had to pay taxes of more than 200,000 yuan last year) to apply for a Shenzhen trademark overseas and obtain a trademark registration certificate, each agent will be subsidized by 500 yuan, and the renewal agent will no longer be subsidized.
(5) Funding conditions and standards for computer software copyright registration. After the development of computer software is completed, it shall register with the national computer software copyright registration authority within one year, and apply within six months after obtaining the computer software copyright registration certificate, and each piece shall be subsidized by 600 yuan.
300 yuan will be subsidized for each branch of Shenzhen intellectual property agency or foreign intellectual property agency with a certain scale (the latter had to pay taxes of more than 200,000 yuan last year).
