The science and technology associations of each district, county, functional area, and group company, and the business supervisory unit of the applying unit serve as the recommending unit and are responsible for the promotion of website construction and application organization in this region and system. The recommending unit needs to review the authenticity of the website application materials.
3. The website construction application period is generally from April to September of the year. Please refer to the annual "Declaration Notice" for specific time arrangements. Please recommend or apply for units to submit written application materials before the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
4. Written application materials must be submitted in quadruplicate, one of which requires the original copy of the "Establishment Agreement" between academicians, experts and enterprises (units).

The Academician Workstation is a high-level scientific and technological innovation platform promoted by the government, guided by the innovation needs of enterprises and institutions, with academicians and their teams from the two academies as the core, and relying on provincial R&D institutions to jointly conduct scientific and technological research.
