Shenyang institute of chemical technology was founded in June of 1949 and June of 1, and is the earliest comprehensive chemical research institute in China. 1May, 1999, with the approval of the relevant ministries and commissions in the State Council, it was transformed from a public institution into a large-scale scientific and technological enterprise directly under the central government, mainly engaged in the research and development of fine chemicals such as pesticides, dyes, intermediates, organic pigments and additives and the production of high-tech products. It is a national pesticide and dye technology development center and a big dye country. Since the establishment of the Institute, Shenyang Institute has continuously developed and gained many technical achievements. Up to now, more than 2,300 scientific and technological achievements have been obtained, more than 700 items have been popularized, and 1977 items have been awarded at all levels, including 47 national awards. China 105 patents, the United States and Europe 1 patents have been authorized; During the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" to the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", a total of 120 national key scientific and technological projects were completed, and 13 national projects were undertaken in the 11th Five-Year Plan. The research and development of pesticides in Shenyang Institute includes: synthesis of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and intermediates, preparation processing, pesticide bioassay, pesticide safety evaluation and standardization technology. The professional research and development of dyes includes: dye synthesis, organic pigments and intermediates, textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries, dye application and processing, and standardization technology.
In addition, there are auxiliary professional laboratories such as chemical engineering, physical and chemical analysis, instrument automation (including computer application), environmental engineering and chemical design, and there are large scientific research instruments and equipment such as RC- 1, nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared, elemental analyzer, GC-MS, laser particle size analyzer, ultraviolet spectrometer, high performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, sunshine and climate fastness tester, and spectral photometer. A comprehensive research and development system focusing on the development of fine chemicals such as pesticides and dyes has been formed, with complete technical categories, strong technical foundation, excellent equipment and advanced scientific research methods.
Shenyang Institute is located at the southern tip of Shenyang, on the north bank of Hunhe River in Guchuan, with an area of nearly 250,000 square meters and a construction area of nearly 654.38+10,000 square meters. Yuhong District, a suburb where Shenyang is located, has a pesticide base covering an area of more than 80,000 square meters with a building area of10.5 million square meters. The base was aided by the United Nations Development Programme and the Industrial Development Organization from 65438 to 0982, and engaged in pesticide safety evaluation and bioassay, which is a necessary link in the research and development of new pesticides.
