The development of small-pitch LED technology faces technical bottlenecks such as poor consistency, low yield, high cost, poor reliability and difficult maintenance. Mini LED integrated packaging from discrete packaging can overcome these technical difficulties, promote the development of smaller-pitch products and open up a broader market space for small-pitch LED technology.
