In order to further deepen the reform of the examination enrollment system and focus on selecting outstanding high school graduates with academic expertise and innovative potential, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, our school followed the principle of "fairness, justice, comprehensive evaluation, merit-based selection and standardized procedures" and launched independent enrollment of ordinary high school graduates in Chongqing from 2065438 to 2009.

Fourth, the registration conditions
Ordinary high school graduates who are firm in ideals and beliefs, excellent in ideology and morality, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, and take the 20 19 unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in Chongqing, who meet one of the following conditions, can sign up for the independent entrance examination of our school:
(1) winner of the first prize at the provincial level and the national finals in the national Olympic competition (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and informatics) in senior high school.
(2) those who have outstanding academic expertise, outstanding achievements, excellent academic performance and innovation potential in the professional fields they apply for (detailed certification materials are required).
Verb (abbreviation of verb) registration
(1) Registration method: Candidates are recommended to apply for registration. Middle schools, social organizations and individual experts can provide recommended materials for candidates and be responsible for their authenticity.
(2) Major of application: Students can only choose 1 in the five major or major categories of self-enrollment announced by our school.
(3) Registration time: March 20th, 20 19 to April 8th, 20 19 (the registration system will be closed at 5: 00 on 20/kloc-0).
(4) Online registration: Candidates must log in to the self-enrollment registration system (/zzbm) of the "special enrollment registration platform", register with their real names, fill in personal information, fill in the self-enrollment volunteers of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, upload relevant certification materials, and submit and print them after confirmation.
(5) Sending materials: After online registration, the following application materials (all materials must be audited, signed and sealed by the candidate's middle school) must be submitted to the Undergraduate Admissions Office of our school (they must be sent by express mail, and the materials will not be returned).

4. Comprehensive quality evaluation of candidates' development in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects in high school, social welfare activities, and proof of academic performance and grade ranking in each school year in high school;

(VI) Registration examination fee: Candidates who pass the qualification examination of our school and are allowed to take the independent entrance examination of our school will be charged the registration examination fee according to the regulations of Chongqing Municipal Price Bureau and Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau, and the charging standard is 120 yuan per student. Qualification examination of intransitive verb test
(1) Our school organized experts to conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials sent by candidates. After a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates' academic expertise, innovation potential, professional tendency, high school academic performance, growth records, etc., it is determined that the candidates who have passed the preliminary examination will participate in the test organized by our school.
(2) The list of candidates who are allowed to take the exam in our school will be notified in the self-enrollment registration system (/zzbm) of the "special enrollment registration platform" and the bulletin board on the home page of the undergraduate enrollment information network () of Southwest University of Political Science and Law before April 30. Candidates must check it in time (without notice).
(3) Candidates who are allowed to take the exam in our school and complete the payment must log in to the independent enrollment registration system (/zzbm) of the "special enrollment registration platform" before May 3 1 to complete the reference confirmation. Candidates who fail to confirm the reference within the specified time are deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically.

Nine. Admission method
(1) Within the scope of the candidates who have passed the physical examination, they are sorted according to the comprehensive evaluation total score of the professional or professional interview group, and the undergraduate admissions office of the school puts forward suggestions for independent enrollment to be selected into the candidate qualification list.
(2) On the basis of the recommended list, the Undergraduate Admissions Committee of the school, combined with the needs of school personnel training, studied and determined the list of Selected Graduates qualifications for independent enrollment, and the number of students was twice that of the enrollment plan, namely 150. After the list of Selected Graduates is publicized on the undergraduate enrollment information network, it is submitted to Chongqing Education Examinations Institute and Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Platform of the Ministry of Education for publicity.
(III) Admission principle: Candidates who have been determined by our school to be qualified for independent enrollment and voluntarily admitted to our school, whose college entrance examination scores reach 20 points below the final simulated investment line of the corresponding subjects in Chongqing, and exceed the first batch of undergraduate admission control scores, will be admitted in the order of the selected candidates' college entrance examination scores according to the school's independent enrollment plan. The proportion of liberal arts admission shall be subject to the actual proportion of liberal arts.
(4) Candidates' professional volunteers must fill in the majors or categories that our school has determined their independent enrollment qualifications, otherwise they will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their independent enrollment qualifications. Those who are admitted to journalism, communication and business administration will be diverted according to the regulations of the school after entering the school.

X. Monitoring mechanism

(2) Candidates must fill in the registration form in good faith and be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. All the application materials submitted must be reviewed by the middle school and signed by the principal, and publicized in detail on the middle school website and classes. Candidates must promise that all the materials submitted are objective and true. If there is any false content, cancel the registration, examination and admission qualification of this year's independent enrollment, and inform the provincial admissions examination institution where the candidate is located. The relevant provincial admissions examination institutions will cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission in this year's college entrance examination in accordance with relevant regulations, and suspend their participation in various national education examinations 1-3 years depending on the seriousness of the case. Those who have been admitted or obtained a student status will be disqualified by the school.
(III) Middle schools must follow the principle of being highly responsible, ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the materials of candidates who apply for our school, publicize the list of candidates in middle schools and classes, and if there is fraud, once verified, cancel the qualification of candidates' selection or admission, and report to the provincial admissions office where the candidates are located and the higher authorities in middle schools.
(4) Our school strictly selects experts for preliminary examination and review. Take teachers' morality and professional quality as the main criteria for selecting experts, strictly observe work discipline, strengthen professional training, and ensure fairness and justice. All self-enrollment related staff and expert judges are required to sign a letter of responsibility.
(5) Video the whole assessment process, and randomly determine the list of experts and the interview order of candidates before the exam.
(6) Strengthen information disclosure, and the name and content of the competition certificate submitted by the candidates who passed the preliminary examination will be publicized in detail on the undergraduate enrollment information website of our university; The list of qualified candidates, the list of candidates to be admitted to Selected Graduates and the admission list are strictly disclosed by schools, provinces and cities and the Ministry of Education.
