Intellectual property financing, what methods are generally used to obtain loans?

Generally, intellectual property pledge financing is used. Pledge financing refers to a form of financing in which enterprises or individuals apply to banks for property rights in legally owned patent rights, trademark rights, and copyrights after evaluation as pledges.

Judging from the operating models of intellectual property pledge financing in various places in the country, Beijing, Shanghai Pudong and Wuhan are mainly represented by three models. The Beijing model is a direct pledge financing model of "bank corporate patent rights/trademark exclusive rights pledge"; the Pudong model is an indirect pledge model of "bank government fund guarantee patent rights counter-guarantee"; the Wuhan model is based on the two models of Beijing and Shanghai Pudong. The hybrid model of "bank technology guarantee company patent rights counter-guarantee" was launched on the basis of the model. These models mainly involve banks, enterprises, governments, guarantee companies and other parties.
