Represented by 0.35mm 500,000-gate GA3809 filter operation device, 0.18mm 300 million-gate GA38 16 high-speed FFT device, million-gate FPGA circuit and various high-performance DSP device applications of TI and AD companies, it is at the leading level of domestic chip design in the same period.

As a professional research department of microwave technology, the receiving research department of 38 Institute undertakes the development of radar receiver, frequency source and T/R module. There are more than 60 people in Chengdu, including nearly 20 researchers and senior engineers. In the years of research work, he has won more than ten scientific and technological achievement awards at ministerial level and above, dozens of municipal scientific and technological achievements and two national defense patents. Now he is responsible for many projects such as "863 Project" and "National Defense Pre-research".
