Annex requirements of utility model patent application
Don't bluff with high marks, hehe. 1. When applying for a patent for invention (with attached drawings, if any) or a patent for utility model, you must submit the attached drawings in duplicate (one original and one copy). Second, the first page of the drawings uses this page, and the continuation pages use white paper of the same size and quality. Use only the front side of the paper, with blanks around it: 25mm at the top left and 15mm at the bottom right. Three, mail application documents shall not be folded. Four. Drawing layout 1. The attached drawings should be drawn as vertically as possible on the drawings and clearly separated from each other. When the horizontal dimension of parts is obviously larger than the vertical dimension and must be arranged horizontally, the top of the drawing should be placed on the left side of the drawing. If there are more than two drawings on a page, and one of them has been arranged horizontally, the other drawings on the page should also be arranged horizontally. 2. When you can't draw a picture on a piece of paper, you can draw on several pictures, but you should draw a whole picture with a reduced scale, and mark the position of each sub-picture on this whole picture. V. Number of drawings If the total number of drawings exceeds two, they shall be numbered in Arabic numerals (the number has nothing to do with the page numbering of the drawings), and the word "Figure" shall be added before the number, for example, Figure 1, Figure 2. This number should be marked directly below the corresponding drawing. When there is only one picture, there is no need to number it. The drawing of intransitive verb 1 Drawing tools and black ink shall be used, and the lines shall be uniform, clear and deep enough, and shall not be colored or altered, and engineering design drawings shall not be used. 2. The sectional view shall indicate the direction and layout of the sectional view. 3. The distance between section lines shall be suitable for the size of the section drawing, and shall not affect the neatness of the drawing (including reference marks and marked outgoing lines). 4. All parts in the scale diagram shall be drawn in proportion. 5. The size and definition should ensure that every detail in the picture can still be clearly distinguished when the picture is reduced to two thirds, and it is suitable for mass reproduction by means of photographic plate making, electrostatic copying and microfilming. 7. Except for some necessary words such as "water", "steam", "opening" and "A-A section", there should be no other notes in the drawings. Eight. Reference numerals When Arabic numerals are used for numbering, the reference numerals indicating the same parts in the application documents shall be consistent. However, it is not required that the reference numerals in each drawing are continuous, and the reference numerals not mentioned in the main body of the specification shall not appear in the drawings. Nine, the manual should be attached to the page number in the middle of the bottom border of each page.
