History of luggage development
Looking at the development history of luggage, it not only shows the past life of this tool, but also shows the changes of tourism history and means of transportation. From the coarse cloth packages common in costume dramas to various wooden, leather or iron suitcases later, although they have been evolving, until the middle and late19th century, the common suitcases were still bulky and inconvenient to carry.
/kloc-After the traffic developed and tourism began to flourish in the late 20th century, luggage really developed by leaps and bounds. 1972, Bernard Sadow from America invented a hand luggage with four wheels and a belt, and obtained a patent. Since then, wheeled suitcases have gradually become popular.
However, it was not until 199 1 that common suitcases with telescopic poles began to appear. A pilot named BobPlath added two wheels and a retractable handle to the wheeled suitcase, invented the suitcase and obtained a patent, which finally laid the basic shape of today's suitcase.
