Patent announcements are published by the Patent Administration Department of the State Council in the regularly published Patent Bulletin. After the applicant's application for an invention patent has been substantively reviewed by the Patent Administration Department of the State Council, no reason for rejection is found, and the applicant is granted an invention patent decision, and an announcement is made in the Patent Gazette, announcing the following content:
1. Bibliographic matters recorded in the patent application;
2. Abstracts of invention or utility model specifications, pictures or photos of designs and brief descriptions;
3. Inventions The request for substantive examination of the patent application and the decision of the Patent Administration Department of the State Council to conduct the substantive examination of the invention patent application on its own;
4. Decryption of confidential patents;
5. After the invention patent is announced, Rejection, withdrawal and deemed withdrawal;
6. Grant of patent right;
7. Declaration of invalidity of patent right;
8. Termination of patent right ;
9. Transfer of patent application rights and patent rights;
10. Filing of patent implementation license contracts;
11. Pledge and preservation of patent rights and termination;
12. Grant of compulsory license of patent rights;
13. Patent application or restoration of patent rights;
14. Patentee Change of name or address;
15. Notification to parties whose addresses are unknown;
16. Corrections made by the Patent Administration Department of the State Council;
17. Other related matters.
Invention patent rights, utility model patent rights, and design patent rights shall take effect from the date of public announcement by the Patent Administration Department of the State Council.
