Flat composite steel strip technology
Polyurethane flat composite steel belt technology is the core technology of GeN2 series elevators. Compared with traditional steel wire rope, composite steel belt is lighter, more flexible and more durable, and its appearance has changed the industry standard for more than a century. The steel belt structure has changed the arrangement of steel wire rope strands, and polyurethane is wrapped in horizontal rows outside the steel wire rope strands to form a belt structure with a thickness of 3mm and a width of 30mm or 60 mm. The steel belt contains more steel wires than the traditional steel wire rope. Under the same traction, the overall weight of steel belt is 20% lighter than that of traditional steel wire rope, and its service life is 2 to 3 times that of traditional steel wire rope under normal operation and professional maintenance conditions.
* The high traction and flexibility of the composite steel belt make the size of GeN2 permanent magnet gearless main engine 70% smaller than other elevator products, and the diameter of the driving wheel of the main engine is only 100 ~ 1 15mm, which can easily realize the design of no machine room/small machine room, save building space, reduce construction cost, provide greater freedom for architects' creativity, and install quickly and simply.
* The steel belt has a larger contact surface with the main engine, which effectively improves the transmission efficiency. The steel belt is protected by polyurethane, which does not need lubrication. With the seal bearing of the main engine, the normal operation of the elevator can be ensured without regular maintenance, and the oil pollution in the building can be eliminated. The emergency maintenance box is placed outside the top floor hall door, which is convenient for maintenance and operation.

Permanent magnet gearless traction machine
Permanent magnet gearless traction machine represents the development direction of elevator main engine, which opens up a new field of environmental protection and energy saving of elevator main engine, improves elevator operation efficiency and makes elevator operation more stable and comfortable.
