What is the difference between Bitoba flowmeter and A Niu flowmeter?

Bitoba flowmeter is a patented product of Tsinghua University, the only flowmeter product recommended by the National Development and Reform Commission, the most advanced instrument for measuring fluid flow in China and the most advanced flowmeter in the world (only China, Germany and the United States have this technology at present).

The difference between Bitoba flowmeter and A Niu flowmeter is as follows:

First, the measurement principle is different.

★ Bitoba flowmeter is a differential pressure flowmeter composed of a group of pressure taps, which uses the principle of pitot tube to extract the fluid velocity (total pressure-static pressure = dynamic pressure) and then converts it into fluid volume flow and mass flow.

★ A Niu rod flowmeter is composed of several groups of pressure taps to measure the pressure difference at different points in the pipeline. Finally, the average pressure difference is calculated by the differential pressure transmitter, and then converted into flow to calculate the flow.

Explain the similarities and differences: in fluid mechanics, the flow rate (converted from pressure difference to flow rate) and the flow rate are not simply linear, so only subsection measurement can be more accurate, and the more subsections, the higher the accuracy. Bitopar flowmeter consists of a set of pressure taps. According to the characteristics of different media, there are many models, such as ordinary Bitopa flowmeter, main steam Bitopa flowmeter and anti-blocking Bitopa flowmeter. The primary measuring element does not contain any electronic components, so the use accuracy is not affected by external factors, and the stable pressure taking function can be guaranteed for a long time. A Niu rod flowmeter is composed of several groups of pressure taps, and the flow at unknown points in the pipeline is obtained, and finally it is calculated by a differential.

Second, the fluid conditions are different.

★ Bitoba flowmeter is suitable for measuring any pipeline fluid; Both single-phase flow and bidirectional flow can be measured; Low requirements for straight pipe sections; The measurement effect is particularly good for media containing impurities and easy to block.

★ A Niu-Pakistan medium must be filled with pipes; The fluid must be single-phase flow, and two-way flow (such as water-gas mixed flow) cannot be measured.

Third, calibration.

★ At present, Bitoba flowmeter is the only flowmeter in China that can calibrate the wind tunnel blowing one by one in full range before leaving the factory, and it is also the only universal flowmeter at home and abroad that can accurately measure any fluid such as wind, smoke, water, steam (gas) and oil. The accuracy level is 0.2.

★ The structure of A Niu Ba determines that it is impossible to realize calibration and detection one by one.

Fourth, maintain the accuracy of the use process.

★ The unique structure of Bitoba flowmeter is not affected by wear, impurities and grease, and there are no moving parts. Non-system structure avoids signal leakage between high and low pressure chambers. Therefore, Bitoba flowmeter can maintain high accuracy during operation. ★ Once a group of holes are blocked for a long time, the accuracy of A Niu flowmeter will drop sharply, and it needs to be tested and cleaned regularly.
