Brief introduction of Ma Liang

Ma Liang (1979-), female, doctor, associate professor, tutor of master students, mainly engaged in food safety and quality control, modern food detection technology research. 1997.7—2004.6: obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from College of Food Science and Technology, Hebei Agricultural University; In June, 2007, he received a doctorate in agricultural product quality and food safety from China Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Since July 2007, she has been teaching in the College of Food Science of Southwest University. So far, he has presided over or mainly studied more than ten topics such as the National 863 Plan, the 973 Plan, the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Support, and the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Research Project. He has published dozens of academic papers in Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural Engineering and Food Science. Apply for three invention patents and authorize one.
