Second, how to choose engine oil
Generally speaking, the following four factors should be paid attention to when selecting engine oil:
1, the choice of engine oil should be based on the requirements of the engine. An engine with lower requirements does not have to use too high-grade engine oil, and an engine with higher requirements cannot use lower-grade engine oil.
2, should try to choose multi-grade engine oil, multi-grade engine oil because of fuel saving, long life and high efficiency, has a good protective effect on the engine. Based on the characteristics of multi-grade oil, it is normal that there may be premature blackening and oil pressure reduction during use.
3. Some domestic engine oils are of good quality and can be used safely. There is no need to blindly pursue "foreign oil".
4. If the engine is in good condition and the seasonal temperature is low, try to use low viscosity engine oil to make the oil circuit smooth. For example, in the high temperature season or in the case of serious engine wear, choosing high viscosity engine oil is conducive to the formation of oil film and reducing engine wear.
Thirdly, with the arrival of winter, the viscosity of engine oil used in summer increases, the fluidity deteriorates, the friction resistance increases, the crankshaft rotation resistance increases, the piston and cylinder liner wear increases, and the diesel engine is difficult to start, which affects the power performance and fuel economy of construction machinery. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the winter oil with good fluidity.
When changing oil, try to use high-quality oil. This kind of engine oil is not easy to oxidize at high temperature, and will not form deposits on the precise parts of diesel engine, which can greatly prolong the life of diesel engine. On the contrary, if low-quality engine oil is used, it is easy to leave carbon and sludge in the diesel engine, block the filter and oil circuit, and shorten the life of the diesel engine.
The temperature range of single-stage engine oil is narrow, and multi-stage engine oil can work in a wider temperature range, so multi-stage engine oil should be selected in winter. In some cold areas, special antifreeze oil should also be used. When changing the oil, replace the oil filter.
