Article 3 Scope of application

Mining majors are suitable for professional technicians engaged in management, construction, development planning, mine (open-pit and underground) construction design, examination and approval of technical measures, scientific research, supervision and production management guidance. Nine, transportation specialty is suitable for professional and technical personnel engaged in the installation, operation, maintenance and management of mine transportation hoisting equipment, transportation hoisting system design, mine railway line survey and design, construction organization, ground (rail) car test, maintenance, inspection, operation management, engineering design, technical measures approval, scientific research, technical management guidance and other work.
X. The initiating explosive device is suitable for professional and technical personnel engaged in initiating explosive device manufacturing, assembly process preparation, initiating explosive device manufacturing equipment operation, initiating explosive device test operation, initiating explosive device manufacturing, assembly site technical management and technical measures approval, scientific research and technical management guidance.

Article 4 Name of qualification
The qualification names of middle and senior professional technical positions in coal engineering specialty are engineer and senior engineer respectively.
Chapter II Application for Qualification
Article 5 Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have good professional ethics.
Article 6 A person who is promoted to a professional and technical post qualification must be an employed person in this major, and the comprehensive assessment results of the current post reach the standard.
Article 7 Requirements for academic qualifications, degrees and qualifications
One, meet one of the following conditions, can declare the intermediate qualification:
(a) with a master's degree, engaged in professional and technical work for 2 years;
(two) with a postgraduate degree or a second bachelor's degree, engaged in professional and technical work for 4 years, and served as a helper for 4 years;
(three) with a bachelor's degree, engaged in professional and technical work for 5 years, and served as a helper for 4 years;
(four) with a college degree, engaged in professional and technical work for 7 years, and served as a helper for 4 years;
Two, meet one of the following conditions, can declare the senior qualification:
(a) with a doctorate, intermediate qualification for 2 years;
(two) have a bachelor's degree or above, or have a bachelor's degree or above, and have obtained intermediate qualifications for 5 years.
Third, exceptions.
(a) meet one of the following conditions, can apply for intermediate post qualification:

Article 9 In any of the following circumstances, it shall not be declared in that year:

Chapter III Evaluation Conditions
Article 10 Qualification evaluation conditions for intermediate posts
I. Professional theoretical knowledge

(4) Have the experience and ability to put forward the topic selection, project demonstration report and scheme design of medium-sized engineering projects or scientific research topics, and participate in collecting, sorting and compiling information that can guide engineering projects and put forward systematic reports.
(five) have the experience and ability to participate in the completion of technology research and development, achievement transformation, process popularization and application or technical transformation and equipment improvement of medium-sized enterprises.
(six) have the ability to guide professional and technical personnel to carry out business work.
Third, work performance and academic achievements.
(a) work performance should meet one of the following conditions:
1, as the main finisher of the project, won the third prize of scientific and technological achievement award of city (prefecture) level or large enterprise group;
2, participate in the completion of 1 city (prefecture) level or large enterprise group engineering, scientific research, technological transformation and other projects, by the city (prefecture) level industry authorities or large enterprise groups identified and recognized, and achieved certain economic or social benefits;
3. Excellent completion of professional and technical post tasks and good social or economic benefits;
4. There is an invention patent or utility model patent or design patent 1 piece authorized by the national patent administration department (* * * is the same as the invention designer), and the patent content is consistent with the declared discipline and specialty;

Eleventh senior post qualification evaluation conditions

(two) have the experience and ability to scientifically apply the relevant theories, technical standards and knowledge of this major to solve key technical problems in the production process or technical management.
(three) have the experience and ability to master the professional technical regulations, norms, standards and follow the development of science and technology in this major.
(4) Have the experience and ability to preside over the preparation of technical management documents such as technical standards, rules, procedures and specifications of industries or units.
(five) have the ability to guide professional and technical personnel to carry out business work.
Third, work performance and academic achievements.
(a) work performance should meet one of the following conditions:
1, as the main finisher of the project, won the third prize of provincial (ministerial) scientific and technological achievement award1;
2. As the main person who completed the project, he won the second prize 1 or the third prize of the scientific and technological achievement award of the city (prefecture) level and large enterprise groups;
3. Participated in the completion of 1 provincial (ministerial) level or two key engineering, scientific research and technological innovation projects of city (prefecture) level and large enterprise groups, which were identified and recognized by the city (prefecture) level industry authorities and large enterprise groups, and achieved obvious economic and social benefits;
4. Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
Twelfth must meet the application qualifications and evaluation conditions stipulated in this evaluation standard.

Fourteenth qualifications at all levels involved in this evaluation standard refer to majors.
Fifteenth the work performance and academic achievements involved in this evaluation standard should be professional and obtained after taking up the current job.
Sixteenth "above" in this evaluation standard includes the corresponding level.
