Secondly, the swinging motion of the saw blade is realized by a lever mechanism. A reset spring is installed on the tool lifting bracket, one end of the reset spring is connected with the movable block, the reciprocating rod passes through the movable block, and the other end is locked with the tool lifting hook. When reciprocating, the tool lifting hook moves back and forth at the same time, and the tool lifting bracket is hooked by the hook to move together, thus driving the movable block and the reciprocating rod to swing up and down. There are different end faces on the tool carrier shaft, and the tool carrier can move up and down by adjusting the hook.

Third, the saw blade clamping mechanism: it clamps the saw blade through the pressure plate and the fixing screw, and is fixed on the head of the reciprocating rod. There is a locating pin on the end face of the reciprocating rod, which is used to hook the saw blade and prevent it from coming off. There are two kinds of saw blade chuck devices: ordinary type and fast type. The universal quick clamping mechanism has been patented by some well-known brand companies. If you want to use it, you must consider the patent issue.

Influence of stroke length on machine cutting: stroke length refers to the maximum distance that the saw blade moves back and forth during machine cutting. The stroke length has a great influence on the cutting efficiency of the machine. If the same saw blade is used to cut materials at the same reciprocating times, the cutting efficiency of different stroke lengths is different: the longer the stroke length, the more teeth the saw blade participates in each reciprocating cutting process and the faster the cutting speed; The shorter the stroke, the fewer teeth involved in cutting and the slower the cutting speed.
