The examiner will issue a notice of withdrawal or abandonment one month after the deadline. You can try to submit remedial measures within this month. I don't know if you will admit your submission, but I can only say try. Don't wait a month to deal with it.
If you remedy it, you can only apply for the restoration of rights.
