What is the trademark?

Trademark refers to the visible signs that distinguish goods or services from different sources, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and color combinations, as well as the combination of the above elements.

After being registered by the relevant government departments, the industry enjoys the exclusive right to use a brand name and brand logo, which is protected by law and may not be copied by any other enterprise. Therefore, a trademark is essentially a legal term, which refers to a brand or a part of a brand that has obtained the exclusive right and is protected by law.
