Xijing College, located in Xi City, Shaanxi Province, is a private full-time ordinary college approved by the people of China and the Ministry of Education, and also a first-class private college in Shaanxi Province. College was founded in 1994, then named as Xijing University, which is a full-time higher vocational college. In March 2005, it was upgraded to an undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education and renamed as Xijing College.
As of 202 1, 1 1, the school has 10 undergraduate colleges, including mechanical engineering college, civil engineering college, accounting college, design art college, information engineering college, science college, business college, media college, foreign language college, medical college, as well as Marxist college and sports center.
The school attaches great importance to the construction of scientific research funds in the school and does a good job in pre-research for vertical scientific research projects. More than 80 scientific research fund projects/kloc-0 have been approved.
The school also invests in scientific research funds to develop projects in emerging industries such as new energy and new technologies. The academic paper "Economic Analysis of the Development of Private Higher Education" published by Associate Professor Ren Fang, Executive Dean, won the third prize of outstanding achievements in the 9th Philosophy and Social Sciences in Shaanxi Province. The school also encourages teachers to apply for patents, and 26 patents have been authorized.
