How to use the dryer:
1. Operating procedures:
(1) Turn on the main power switch.
(2) Close the transmission switch and select the appropriate transmission speed.
(3) Close the heating switch, set the operating temperature, and the lamp starts to work.
(4) Close the hot air circulation switch and the circulation fans will work one after another.
(5) When the set temperature is reached, start working.
(6) After the work is completed, first stop the heating switch. When the temperature drops to room temperature, turn off the hot air, cold air, speed regulation reset, transmission switch, and main power switch in sequence.

1. Installation and debugging
(1) When installing the whole machine, perform overall leveling, tighten all screws, and then Light tubes, wiring. Test machine.
(2) During debugging, first adjust the tightness and alignment of the mesh belt. After the belt operates normally, debug other parameters.
2. Repair and maintenance
(1) The normal lubrication of each moving part should be checked frequently, especially the bearing lubrication of the active and passive shafts.
(2) If the machine factory is not in use, loosen the mesh belt so that it is in its natural state.
(3) Frequently check the working status of the lamp and the insulation performance of the lamp.
(4) Always check whether the grounding is reliable.
3. Precautions for use
(1) Before starting the machine, check whether the condition of each component is normal.
(2) During machine operation, workpieces should be kept at an appropriate distance from each other.
(3) Before starting up, the speed control display must be reset to zero, and the speed will gradually increase after starting up.
(4) The tension of the conveyor belt of the machine should be appropriate, and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.
(5) The internal wiring of the aircraft must not be changed at will.
(6) Before shutting down, the lamp should be turned off first. When the temperature reaches room temperature, the transmission should be turned off to protect the mesh belt.
(7) The body must be well grounded during installation.
