Structure and working principle
The vibrator is divided into two parts: power and vibration. The power part uses a blade-type pneumatic motor. The soft shaft head of the vibrator is floating and inserted into the coupling sleeve on the shaft head of the pneumatic motor. After the upper jacket of the vibrator is inserted, the handle is tightened and integrated into one body.
Pneumatic motor part: composed of rotor, cylinder, upper and lower end covers, bearings, etc.
This pneumatic motor adopts the pre-intake side-blown type. The compressed air enters the cylinder from the main air duct of the cylinder, pushes the blades, and drives the rotor to operate.
There are 8 Φ6 air inlets on the main air duct of the cylinder, and 32 Φ5 exhaust holes are staggered with each other for exhaust, so that the blades can be worn evenly.
In order to increase the width of the blades and extend their service life, the five radial grooves on the rotor are milled into R75 arc grooves, and the grooves are equipped with blades.
Central ball bearings 203, 305 and thrust ball bearing 51205 are respectively installed in the upper and lower end covers of the pneumatic motor to withstand radial force and axial torque. The whole machine has a compact and sealed structure, which can effectively ensure the reliability, stability and service life of the pneumatic motor transmission.
Use and Maintenance
The vibrator pneumatic motor has a compact structure and precise internal parts, requiring careful maintenance by the operator.
1. Before use, make sure the exhaust is unobstructed and test run for 1-3 minutes to check whether the operation is normal and whether the startup is flexible. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into use. (If the vibrating head does not move, you can gently tap the vibrating head and wind motor part on the ground).
2. The inner diameter of the air inlet hose shall not be less than 25mm, and the air pressure shall not be less than 0.3-0.4MPa.
3. When connecting the air inlet pipe, blow out the dirt in the pipe and the joint to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder and causing parts to wear or blocking the rotor and preventing it from running. In severe cases, the cylinder may be squeezed and damaged.
4. During the use of the vibrator, the vibration frequency can be adjusted by controlling the inlet air pressure according to the on-site requirements.
5. When the pneumatic vibrator is out of use, it cannot be placed in the water to prevent debris and sewage from entering the wind motor.
6. When the pneumatic motor is being repaired, sufficient lubricating grease (ZL-3 lithium complex grease) must be added to the bearing cavities of the upper and lower end caps to ensure lubrication of the bearings.
7. If the blades of the wind motor are severely worn, the rotor will be stuck and cannot work. At this time, you can remove the top cover and use M10 screws to push out the upper end cover to remove the blades and trim the burrs or replace them with new blades.
8. If stored for a long time, it should be disassembled, cleaned, degreased and sealed to avoid rust.
How to use the vibrator, precautions and maintenance
The vibrator is a high-consumption product. It is used to vibrate the concrete when pouring concrete components to make the thick bones The material is evenly distributed in the concrete components to prevent concrete cavities and segregation. A complete vibrator product consists of 15 accessories such as rubber tube, vibrator head, flexible shaft, and oil seal seat.
1. After the pneumatic vibrator is floatingly connected to the flexible shaft of the vibrator, the exhaust must be unobstructed before use. First, test run for 1-3 minutes to check whether the operation is normal and whether the startup is flexible. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into use. If the vibrator does not vibrate, you can generally knock the end of the vibrator against the ground. After the vibration makes a steady and powerful chirping sound, you can start the vibrating operation.
2. When the vibrator is working, the vibrating rod should be inserted into the concrete vertically or obliquely, and then vibrated for a certain period of time. The vibrating rod should twitch up and down during vibration.
3. When components or buildings are poured in layers, when vibrating the next layer, the vibrator should be inserted into the vibrated layer to eliminate joints between layers and obtain the overall effect. .
4. After the vibrator has been working continuously for half an hour, it should be stopped for a period of time to prevent the machine from overheating and even damaging the parts.
5. In order to protect the soft pump and hose, the bending radius should not be less than 500mm when used.
6. After every 50-100 hours of use of the vibrator, all parts inside the vibrator should be disassembled and cleaned. When disassembling, you can unscrew the tip and hose connector (both left screws), and then use Use a wooden hammer to strike the rolling cone extending out from the large diameter end, and take out the rolling cone, bearings, oil seals, etc. Then remove the hose connector (right screw) and all parts can be removed.
7. After cleaning, replace damaged parts and reinstall. All parts except bearings must be clean of oil. The roller cone surface and the inside of the casing should be absolutely oil-free.
8. After the vibrator is installed, the threaded connection at one end must be tightened to prevent the vibrator from vibrating due to mortar water penetrating into the rod.
9. During the use of the vibrator, if you find that the vibrator does not vibrate or is weak, you can disassemble the vibrator and check whether the oil seal inside the rod is damaged. If it is intact, you can clean the inside of the casing and the cone. If there is oil on the road, the fault can be eliminated.
