The national platform has carried out a lot of academic research and investigation, accumulated rich practical experience, and explored a relatively complete set of high-value patent cultivation process and evaluation norms.

In the Standards for Cultivation and Evaluation of High-value Patents (Portfolio), the cultivation objectives include three types:
