Agent's scope of authority

The power of agency arises either due to entrustment or due to statutory regulations and designations. Without authorization, the agency is without authority. Acts that are stipulated by law or agreed by the parties and can only be performed by the person himself shall not be represented by an agent. Common actions include personal actions, such as making a will, registering a marriage, adopting children, etc., and actions that the law stipulates or the parties agree should be performed by a specific person in person, such as performances, lectures, etc. The scope of application of agency is not limited to civil legal acts, but also common ones such as litigation agency, tax agency, and patent application agency.
