Does it constitute infringement for one partner of a partnership to transfer the enterprise patent?

Has constituted infringement, according to Article 31 of the Partnership Enterprise Law, the following seven situations are stipulated:

1, dispose of the real estate of the partnership, including real estate and land use rights;

2. Change the name of the partnership;

3. Transfer or dispose of the intellectual property rights and other property rights of the partnership, including trademarks, patents, computer software and technical secrets;

4. Apply to the enterprise registration authority for registration of change;

5. Providing guarantee for others in the name of partnership;

6. Hire a person other than a partner as the manager of the partnership;

7. Relevant matters agreed in the partnership agreement, such as the enterprise's capital increase plan, profit distribution and loss sharing plan, etc.

The decision of the partnership on any of the above matters shall be made after discussion and unanimous consent of all partners.
