Aflatoxins can be easily addressed using low-dose, Department of Agriculture-approved mycotoxin adsorbents (feed additives). Because of its small molecular structure and strong polarity, it is the toxin most easily bound to clay-based substances. (Aluminosilicate) clay products can encapsulate aflatoxin in the animal's feces, thereby preventing the toxin from entering the animal's bloodstream.
