3 Graduated from technical secondary school (high school), engaged in professional and technical work for more than ten years, and held the title of assistant for more than four years.

4 Personnel with junior high school education or below must have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than fifteen years and have held the title of assistant for more than four years.

5 The foreign language qualification examination certificate needs to be obtained one year in advance, and 2 professional papers with serial numbers must be prepared for review.

3 Conditions for evaluation of professional titles of assistant animal husbandry and veterinarian

1. Bachelor degree, engaged in professional and technical work for more than one year.

4 Graduate from high school and have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than seven years.

Applicants who apply for senior professional titles under the four exceptions must meet two of the following conditions

Applicants who apply for intermediate professional title positions must meet two of the following conditions
