The firing technology of kiln building and the present situation of lamp inheritance

As the pearl of China porcelain altar, the kiln lamp building has been gradually buried by historical dust since the middle and early Yuan Dynasty, and once fell into silence. In order to make the lost kiln tea lamp reappear in the world, after more than 30 years' efforts, three generations of Li, Yun and Sun Lijia have continuously innovated and developed on the basis of the original traditional style, and developed kiln black glaze and gold (silver) rabbit hair products. Yellow (red, blue, iridescent) rabbit hair, gold (silver, red, blue, iridescent) oil drops, national treasure oil drops (star) lanterns, white spots (blue spots, black spots, silver spots, iridescent) partridge spots, obsidian metamorphosis, abnormal hair, millichange, kiln change and so on have been excavated and developed one after another. These simple and meaningful products, with both form and spirit, can be compared with ancient architectural lamps in glaze color, shape and pattern, and reproduce the artistic charm of ancient kiln lamps for thousands of years. Sun Jianxing, once a technician in the formula trial production group of Dehua Hongqi Porcelain Factory, then entered the Northwest Institute of Light Industry (now Shaanxi University of Science and Technology) to study ceramics. In order to restore and excavate the skill of kiln building in Song Dynasty, he was seconded to Fujian Institute of Light Industry from 65438 to 0979 to participate in the research group of "Restoring Kiln Building (Building Rabbit Enamel)" organized by Central Academy of Arts and Crafts and Fujian Institute of Light Industry, mainly responsible for the formula and technology. After a year of research and experiment. During this period, Sun Jianxing met Li Yun, who works in Fujian Institute of Light Industry. In order to fully restore the lost lantern-making skills, Chien Sun Xinghe Liyun moved from the provincial capital to northern Fujian in 198 1. After work, on the basis of helping Jianyang burn the rabbit socket and oil droplets, they also helped Nanping Ceramic Factory imitate the oil droplets of 1982. The product was proved to be successful by relevant experts. In order to explore the technology of building kiln and making lamps more comprehensively and systematically, in 199 1, Sun Jianxing's father-in-law Li led the establishment of a private scientific research institution-Fujian Nanping Tianmu Ceramic Research Institute. In 2008, Sun Jianxing, his father-in-law, Li, his wife and daughter Sun Li founded Nanping Jianyang Kiln Ceramics Research Institute, and three generations of family devoted themselves to building lamps. Sun Li was influenced by the family environment. After graduating from college, she followed her grandfather and parents and was obsessed with kiln building research. Accompanied by mud with nearly 65,438+00 years of youth, he mastered the skills of building kilns and lamps, especially the manufacturing, molding and firing skills of obsidian, and his work "Dropping Oil Ball Bottle" was selected for the second China New Artists Biennale. In 2008, Sun Li was the director of Nanping Jianyang Kiln Ceramics Research Institute. She feels that "it is the happiest thing to strive to shape the perfect building you want, and constantly improve your skills in practice and gain a sense of accomplishment." At present, her Jianzhan works have won gold, silver, bronze and excellent prizes in national and provincial conferences and exhibitions respectively, and won two national patents.
