My invention patent has been authorized, but I haven't paid the registration fee. Now I want to change the patentee into a company. What materials need to be submitted?

First of all, both parties need to sign a patent application right transfer contract (note that it is not a patent right transfer contract! ), and then go through the formalities for changing the record items in China National Intellectual Property Administration.

Procedures for changing the description of the project shall be submitted.

1. Explain the project change declaration form (in the column of "Office Area and Form Download" on the left side of the homepage of China National Intellectual Property Administration website).

2. Certification materials (patent application right transfer contract): If the applicant requests to change due to the right transfer or gift, it shall submit the transfer or gift contract. The contract is concluded by the unit, which shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit or the special seal for the contract. When concluding a contract, a citizen shall sign or seal it. If there is more than one patentee, all the supporting materials that the applicant agrees to transfer or donate shall be submitted.

3. Pay the recording project change fee within one month from the date of request, 200 yuan.
