I. Introduction to the College
The School of Chemistry was formerly the Department of Chemistry of Jiaotong University, which was founded in 1928. 1994 Xi jiaotong university resumed the establishment of the school of science, including chemistry, mathematics and physics. With the continuous strengthening of the role of chemistry in various fields and the strategic deployment of the school, Xi Jiaotong University School of Chemistry was established in 2020. At present, the college has applied chemistry department, chemistry department, university chemistry department and chemical experiment teaching center.

In the past five years, the Institute has obtained nearly 80 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation and nearly 60 projects from Shaanxi Province. In the past five years, he has won 6 provincial and ministerial awards, published nearly 500 SCI retrieval papers, authorized more than 80 invention patents and 5 Chinese and English monographs. In addition, the college has held many international conferences in recent years, inviting famous scholars at home and abroad to give lectures and exchange, so as to enhance the influence of the college.
