Zhang Wei's Teaching and Scientific Research
In scientific research, the innovation ability is strong and the research direction is stable. A lot of pioneering work has been done in the study of gas-solid reaction kinetics of powder materials at high temperature, and a systematic research method and testing means have been formed. In particular, combined with the new dry cement production technology, the carbonate decomposition and pulverized coal combustion kinetics in the calciner are systematically studied, which is in a leading position in this field in China and has important guiding significance for production practice. On the basis of studying the basic theory of pulverized coal combustion for a long time, the inferior coal burner and the burner for cement rotary kiln with independent intellectual property rights were developed. Its products have been used in many production lines, reaching the domestic advanced level and having good development prospects. In research and development, five patents have been applied, including national invention patent 1 and utility model patent 4. In teaching, as the host, the course of Silicate Thermal Process and Equipment was rated as an excellent course of Nanjing University of Chemical Technology and a first-class excellent course of Jiangsu Province.
