Non-patented technologies purchased for product production are not current assets
Current assets refer to assets that an enterprise can realize or use within a business cycle of one year or more than one year. Assets are an essential component of corporate assets. Current assets include monetary funds, short-term investments, notes receivable, accounts receivable and inventory. Non-patented technology is also called proprietary technology. It refers to various technologies and know-how that are not known to the outside world, have been adopted in production and business activities, do not enjoy legal protection, and can bring economic benefits. Non-patented technologies generally include industrial know-how, commercial trade know-how, management know-how, etc.
