1. Enrollment Targets and Conditions
Enrollment Targets: Recruit rural students who are diligent, studious, and have excellent academic performance in high schools below the level of counties (including county-level cities) in remote, poor, and ethnic areas. The specific implementation area shall be subject to the area announced by the provincial admissions department.
Application conditions: The registered residence of the candidate and his or her father or mother or legal guardian is in a rural area in the implementation area. The candidate must have a local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years and a high school student status in the county where the household registration is located for 3 consecutive years and actually attend, and meet the requirements of 2020 The registration conditions for the college entrance examination will be unified in 2018. Candidates are limited to applying for 3 majors according to the special enrollment plan of colleges and universities.
(2) Material upload
The school does not accept paper registration materials. Candidates must upload scans or photos of the following materials to the registration system (the scans or photos must be clear).
1． Generate and print the application form through the registration system. Each page must be signed by the person, reviewed by the middle school, signed by the principal, and stamped with the official seal of the school. IV. Selection Procedure
(1) Preliminary review of materials
Candidates who have passed the household registration and student status review by the provincial admissions department where the students are from will be selected by the school. Experts are organized to strictly review the candidates' application materials based on their school performance, student comprehensive quality evaluation, personal statement, and honorary certificates issued by education administrative departments at all levels or the Youth League Committee at the high school stage.
(2) Qualification determination
Based on the principle of "score first" and based on the review results, a list of candidates will be drawn up based on no more than three times the planned number and submitted to the school for enrollment. The leading group will review and determine the shortlist of qualified candidates.
(3) List announcement
The list of qualified candidates before June 30, 2020 will be announced on our school’s undergraduate admissions website/and the Ministry of Education’s Sunshine College Entrance Examination platform. The final list of qualified candidates shall be reported to the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authority where the candidates are located.

The actual score of the shortlisted qualified candidates in the college entrance examination reaches the first batch of undergraduate admission score in the place of origin, and the physical examination If you are qualified, the school will enroll students in majors according to the special plans of colleges and universities. V. Supervision Mechanism
