5. Organize transactions, exhibitions, negotiations and other activities related to high-tech and new technologies and their products in colleges and universities, and activate and promote the technology transfer work of colleges and universities through various means such as information network platforms, and guide the healthy development of technology transfer work in colleges and universities.
6. Provide scientific and technological information consulting services to the society, carry out scientific and technological information research, and undertake research on soft topics related to the scientific and technological development of universities;
7. In accordance with national guidelines and policies on intellectual property work such as patents and trademarks, provide business guidance to universities’ intellectual property management, evaluation agencies, novelty search agencies, and patent and trademark agencies.
8. Responsible for the evaluation of confidential science and technology projects in universities, accepting confidentiality reviews of technology exports and foreign patent applications.
Nine. Edits and publishes the magazines "China University Science and Technology and Industrialization" and "China Education Network" magazines.
10. Guide the work of the China University-run Industry Association.
