Traceless injection molding technology is also called high-gloss injection molding. Only high temperature steam heating equipment (RHCM) is the most perfect application equipment, and it can also realize the function of energy saving.

Note: There is another kind of equipment called quick cooling and quick heating mold temperature machine, which uses "superheated water and high temperature water" as the heat source, and its heating and cooling performance is far from comparable to that of equipment using "high temperature steam" as the heat source.

High gloss steam injection molding, also known as rapid cooling and rapid heating high gloss molding process, is assisted by steam heating injection equipment (also known as rapid cooling and rapid heating equipment). The international name is RHCM. It uses high-temperature steam to raise the mold temperature to a set value (generally determined by the plastic material between 1 10 degrees) when closing the mold, and then begins to inject plastic into the mold cavity. Start injecting cooling water into the mold. First, the temperature of the mold quickly drops to the set value, then the mold is opened, and then compressed air is blown into the mold to completely blow away the cooling water and wait for the next heating.

In the ordinary injection molding process, if the mold temperature is set low, although the molding cycle can be shortened, it is easy to produce confluence, resulting in poor appearance quality. On the contrary, when the mold temperature is set higher, the appearance quality of the product surface can be improved, but it is easy to produce warping, subsidence, poor size and so on. At the same time, the molding cycle is prolonged and the cost is increased.

High gloss steam injection molding technology can solve the above two problems at the same time. It uses high-temperature steam and cooling water to control the rapid change of mold temperature in a molding cycle, so that the advantages of the above two States can be brought into play. Injection molding with quick cooling, quick heating and high gloss molding technology can eliminate weld marks, weld marks, ripples and silver lines on the surface of products, completely solve the surface shrinkage phenomenon of plastic products, and make the surface smoothness of products reach mirror level. The product does not need the subsequent treatment of spraying, which effectively reduces the cost, shortens the molding cycle and shortens the delivery time. In addition, high-gloss injection molding can also solve the floating phenomenon of fiber-added products, thus making the product quality more perfect. In thin-wall forming, high-gloss injection molding is helpful to improve injection fluidity and product quality and strength.
