Is it appropriate for Americans to apply for patent fee relief in China?

China patent fee waiver is not suitable for Americans. According to relevant public information, the annual patent fee paid by China is much higher than that of the United States. If China and the United States do not pay the fee waiver, the United States can apply for a patent in China, and will not enjoy the preferential treatment of fee waiver in the process of applying for payment.
