Users who apply for electronic registration can log on to China Patent Electronic Application Network () and use the online payment system to pay patent fees. Among them, individual users can use the bank card payment method, and patent agencies and users of enterprises and institutions can use the enterprise account payment method.
The payer can also remit the patent fee through the bank or post office. When remitting patent fees through banks or post offices, the correct application number (or patent number), fee name (or abbreviation) and amount shall be stated in the postscript column of the remittance slip.
